Project Run-Time: 1 Meeting
Step #1:
Go through the powerpoint with the girls. Use the discussion questions and information about individual women as a guide for starting a conversation and getting the girls thinking about sports and activities they participate in in their own life.
Step #2:
It's also important to let the girls know staying active can be less organized and lots of fun, which is why we included so many fun brain-break activities for them to try out at the end of the slideshow. Spend time playing the activities and unwinding, keeping in mind that a lot of them require teamwork, strategy, and discipline despite being silly.
