Project Run-Time: 1 Meeting
Step #1:
Go through the slideshow with the girls. Take time to discuss each of the women and show then the quick video links provided at the bottom of each slide. Talk about the obstacles and achievements of each woman as well as what they are activists for.
Step #2:
Introduce the project. The last three slides include a sample issue and the project instructions. Go through the sample issue with the girls to give them a taste of what they will be doing and then introduce the project using the last slide of the presentation.
Step #3:
Once the girls have finished, give them the opportunity to share their presentations and present an issue like an activist.
